Various spellcasters use different colleges
This method tries to give the various professions access to Colleges in a way that will match the feel of the DW classes:
This method uses the GURPS Magic system in place of Magic Points and spell fatigue rolls – all that goes away with this apporach.
Magery might be allowed as high as 10 levels, to give some feel of the Level system of DW.
Mystics: Body Control, Communication/Empathy, Enchantment, Food, Healing, Illusion/Creation, Knowledge, Light/Darkness, Mind Control, Movement, Protection/Warning
Warlocks: Body Control, Healing, Illusion/Creation, Making/Breaking, Movement, Protection/Warning
Sorcerers: Body Control, Communication/Empathy, Enchantment, Food, Gate, Healing, Illusion/Creation, Knowledge, Light/Darkness, Making/Breaking, Meta-Spells, Mind Control, Movement, Necromantic, Protection/Warning, Sound, Tech
Elemental Air: Air, Sound, Weather
Elemental Earth: Animal, Earth, Plant
Elemental Fire: Fire, Light/Darkness
Elemental Water: Water, Weather
This can of course be taken further by slicing up some of the colleges and arranging to get a better match.
Prerequisites that fall outside a college should generally be ignored.
